Opened in 2005, the Schirman & de Beaucé gallery is located in Paris, France.

Caroline Schirman and Esther de Beaucé have chosen to work with artists of their generation. Today the gallery represents ten French and foreign artists, and collaborates from time to time with a dozen others of specific projets.

Located in the 14th district of Paris until 2008, in Hans Hartung's former studio, the gallery has now opened a new space in the heart of the Marais.

Very early in its program, the gallery has focused on video and installation art. However, photographs, drawings, sculptures and paintings are fully part of the gallery's program.

For the benefit of its young artists, the gallery collaborates with critics, philosophers, historians, curators and journalists og high value, such as Mark Alizart, Guillaume Breton, Christine Buci-Glucksmann, Thomas Golsenne, Christophe Kihm, Laurent Le Bon, Emmanuelle Lequeux, Cliodhna Murphy, Dominique Païni, Michel Poivert and Didier Semin.

Companies

The gallery also sells and rents works of art to companies thanks to recent French fiscal laws regarding contemporary art.
